Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

thx alot and i made the top hat myself our of bristle board and black duct-tape and the while thing around it is one of those plastic Hawaiian lays that you get at the dollar store ^_^ they aren't that hard to make but they're not that easy either its shaping them that's the hardest part, like the rim its made just out of the tape and its hard to get them to look just right. ^_^
